Company Overview:
Sydani Group is seeking a seasoned Communications and Branding Consultant to help us develop a comprehensive 3-year communications strategy that enhances our brand presence and aligns our communication efforts across all subsidiaries.
Position Overview:
The Communications and Branding Consultant will work closely with our management team to assess our current communication strategies and develop a robust plan that positions us as a thought leader in the development sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in communications, branding, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a brand audit:
- Review and analyze the current brand positioning and communication materials across all subsidiaries.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the brand.
- Develop communications strategy:
- Create a comprehensive 3-year communications strategy that includes key messaging, brand positioning, and outreach plans.
- §Outline strategies for digital and social media engagement.
- Stakeholder engagement:
- Map key stakeholders and develop tailored communication objectives for each group.
- Propose strategies for enhancing internal communication and employee engagement.
- Implementation plan:
- Provide a clear roadmap for executing the strategy, including timelines, KPIs, and resource allocation.
- Training and Capacity Building:
- Conduct training sessions or workshops for staff to facilitate smooth implementation of the communications strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 1. Master’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is compulsory.
- 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a communications consultant or in a similar role, preferably within the management consulting or development sectors.
- 3. Strong understanding of branding principles and effective communication strategies.
- 4. Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
